Marybeth Clark – Education Director / Associate Artistic Director
Marybeth is in her 10th season with Charleston Stage Company. She has a degree in theatre/performance from the University of South Florida. She has worked as an actor in professional theatres throughout the Southeast before settling in Charleston in 1994. Before joining Charleston Stage Company, she was a theatre instructor at the Charleston County School of the Arts for middle and high school. She currently oversees all Charleston Stage Company’s education programs, including the Resident Acting Company, after school classes and outreach workshops.

Classes are taught by Charleston Stage Company's Resident Acting Company. These young theatre professionals move to Charleston for 10 months after completing college theatre programs all over the country. In addition to teaching they can be seen on stage throughout the season.
