HOW TO ORDER SCHOOL MATINEE TICKETS
Please Book Carefully.
Only Teachers May Book School Matinee Performances
Please note that we can only accept reservations from teachers. Reservations from
parents or individual students are not accepted. Charleston Stage welcomes home
school group reservations but cannot accept reservations from individual parents.
Call the Charleston Stage Box Office at (843) 577-7183 to schedule your
school booking. Seating assignments are determined by the size of your group at the discretion of the Audience Services Coordinator. Please plan carefully and order only the seats you need. Excessive overbooking of seats and then canceling them has been a problem in the past.
Booking and Invoicing
Once you make a booking, an invoice will be faxed or mailed to you noting the performance date, time, venue and final ticket numbers and cost of your order. Your payment deadline will be specified. Parking and other general information will also be faxed, mailed or emailed to you along with your invoice.
Cancellations/Payment Deadlines
Please pay close attention to payment deadlines. Each booking must be paid in full by
the show payment deadline. If we do not receive payment by the specified date, your seats will be released. If you do not cancel your order prior to the payment deadline or inform us of your payment status, your seats will be released to make room for those on our waiting list.
On the Day of Your Performance
Charleston Stage wants to provide a fun and safe environment for your students. If traveling by bus, please help us by providing an index card with your bus driver's name and cell phone number (to be handed to the Audience Services Coordinator). Also, please have your students wear identical colored name tags with your school name listed or their school uniforms. All of these steps ensure safety and organization on the day of your performance.
Refunds
There are no refunds for school matinee performances.
Need to Bring Extra Students?
We will be happy to add tickets for additional students providing we have seats
available. Never bring extra students to the theatre without first booking additional
seats.
