How to Purchase Tickets

Our Box Office Staff will assist you in making your ticket reservations. Only Credit Cards are accepted when purchasing by phone.
New Hours of Operation: Phone lines are open M-F 12:00pm-5:00pm. (Sa 12:00pm-5:00pm only during show weeks)
After 5:00pm, you will only be able to purchase tickets online or in person at the Onsite Box Offices, which will open one hour before each performance.
Special Note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A valid form of I.D. must be presented when picking up tickets at Will Call.
Order Online
Online ordering available 24/7. All orders placed online will be followed by a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please call the Box Office for assistance at (843) 577-7183. All major Credit Cards are accepted when purchasing online.
Special Note: You may apply special student and senior discount rates when purchasing online. Please select the “Apply Discount” tab within your Shopping Cart next to each ticket before finishing your transaction to apply student or senior rates. If you are having trouble applying these discounts, please contact the Box Office at (843) 577-7183 immediately before finishing your transaction. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and tickets will not be refunded and rebooked in order to receive student/senior rates after your order has been processed online. A valid form of I.D. must be presented when picking up tickets at Will Call.
Order In Person
Box Office Staff will assist you in making your ticket reservations. Cash, Checks, and all major Credit Cards are accepted when purchasing in person.

Reservations
We cannot hold tickets for you without payment. All tickets must be paid at time of your reservation.
Exchange/Refund Policy
For Public Sales
- All sales are final.
- There are no refunds/no exchanges for public sales
For Season Members
Season Members may exchange their season tickets for tickets to an alternate performance. These exchanges are an EXCLUSIVE privilege extended to Season Members only. These guidelines apply:
- You must exchange your ticket at least 24 hours BEFORE the date on your original ticket.
- Ticket exchanges can only be exchanged for the same production
- There is a $2 per ticket exchange fee.
Promotions/Coupons
In order to apply a coupon towards your ticket order, you must have a valid Charleston Stage coupon. All coupons must be presented in person in order to receive any discount. Limit 2 coupons per person per order and redeemable only in person at the Box Office. They cannot be applied online. We do not accept coupons with phone orders.
Group Sales
Save 25% on tickets when you book a group of 15 or more people. Please contact Gina Barredo, Audience Services Coordinator, to make a group reservation today. Email gbarredo@charlestonstage.com or call (843) 577-5967.
Will Call
For orders purchased via web or phone, all tickets will be held at Will Call and will be available for pickup one hour before the scheduled performance. Please note the specific venue where each performance is being produced. Venue information is noted on each Show Page and will be noted on every email confirmation. Special Note: A valid form of I.D. must be presented when picking up tickets at Will Call.
Accessibility
For special seating needs, please contact the Box Office at (843) 577-7183 and a staff member will be happy to assist you with your reservations. The Sottile Theatre has handicapped accessible seating on the first level and is equipped with an elevator which will direct patrons from the street level to the first level seating (It does not travel to balcony). Memminger Auditorium has handicapped accessible seating on both levels. An elevator provides access to the balcony level.
Admission Policy
- One admission per ticket
- Cameras or recording devices are not allowed
- Babes in arms are not admitted to the theatre.
- Food or drink are not allowed in the theatres.
- Management is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets
- All programs, dates, and times subject to change
- Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission for cause
