Christopher M. Diaz a native of Newport News, VA, stumbled accidentally upon musical theatre when he was cast as the only six foot tall Munchkin in his high school's production of The Wiz. He is a recent graduate of the Florida State University where he received a Bachelor's degree in Voice with a minor in Russian Literature. While at FSU, Christopher was involved in numerous FSU Theatre and Opera productions, and spent two years as the Music Director of FSU's internationally acclaimed a cappella group, All-Night Yahtzee. Some of his previous roles include: Dr. Greg in Douglas Moore's one-act opera, Gallantry, Coalhouse Walker, Jr. (Ragtime), Count Carl-Magnus Malcom (A Little Night Music), Rev. Hightower (Bat Boy), and Gaston (Beauty and the Beast). In addition to workshopping and arranging for acappella groups nationwide, he spends his free time working with the Contemporary A Cappella Society of America, a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of the vocal arts. This season with Charleston Stage, Christopher will be playing the following roles: Asher/Potiphar (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat), Ichabod Crane (The Legend of Sleepy Hollow), Multiple (A Christmas Carol, A Ghost Story of Christmas), Orsino (Twelfth Night), Ferdinand the Bull (Ferdinand the Bull), and Kit Kat Boy (Cabaret).

Justin Tyler Lewis grew up in Knoxville, TN, as the last of four children who have managed to scatter themselves all about the east coast. After pursuing many different interests in high school, including competitive speech, rugby, and wrestling, he decided to seriously pursue theatre at Catawba College where he studied with some of the Charleston Stage Company’s recently employed resident actors. During his time at Catawba, Justin was provided the opportunity to study a variety of disciplines and perform in a slew of styles and eras including 17th century French satire, 19th century musical comedy, and 21st century absurdism. Some of his favorite experiences include Urinetown (Caldwell B. Cladwell, Wonder of the World (Captain Mike), Tartuffe (Damis), Macbeth (Malcolm), Far Away (Todd), and Pirates of Penzance (Pirate King). This season with Charleston Stage, Justin will be playing the following roles: Dan/Baker(Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat), Charles (Blithe Spirit), Brom Bones (The Legend of Sleepy Hollow), Fred (A Christmas Carol, A Ghost Story of Christmas), Sebastian (Twelfth Night), Duquito Danilo (Ferdinand the Bull), and Cliff (Cabaret). |

James Lombardino grew up in Huntsville, AL, where he attended The Magnet School for Performing Arts. He started performing in sixth grade and has not stopped! His mother is a voice teacher, and his sister is also a performer. He is a recent graduate of Belmont University where he received a BM in Musical Theatre. His recent roles include Bert Healy in Annie (Stephen Foster), Tateh in Ragtime (Belmont University), Chip in On The Town (Belmont University), and Nathan Detroit in Guys and Dolls (Belmont University). This season with Charleston Stage, James will be playing the following roles: Joseph (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat), Mr. Van Tassel (The Legend of Sleepy Hollow), Young Scrooge/Multiple (A Christmas Carol, A Ghost Story of Christmas), Feste (Twelfth Night), Duque Dodo (Ferdinand the Bull), and Victor (Cabaret). |

| Jerrad Aker |
(Issacahar/Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Caroler, Ensemble/A Christmas Carol, A Ghost Story of Christmas, and Ensemble/Cabaret)
Jerrad is excited to be performing with Charleston Stage for a third season! He made his acting debut with his high school's production of Fiddler on the Roof, and has loved it ever since. He's also performed with the Flowerton Players, where he performed in The Outsiders and Everybody Loves Opal. In addition to theatre, Jerrad has done some films, one being an extra in the feature film, Dear John, and another being a local film, Liberating Jesse. A few of his favorite roles he's played are Big Deal in West Side Story, Baloo in Disney's The Jungle Book, and the various characters he played in The Producers, all being with Charleston Stage. He would like to thank his family for their constant love and support.

Jeff Albertson is a newcomer to the Charleston area, having moved here last September. A veteran of television, stage, and film you may remember him most recently from Footlight Theatres production of The Last Days of Judas Iscariot as Pontius Pilate. Jeff lives in Mt. Pleasant with his Wife Jeannette, and his youngest daughters Kaitlin and Sara.

Lara is a graduate of NYC’s American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Some of her past performances include Charity in Sweet Charity (Flowertown Players), Ring of Fire for Piccolo Spoleto 2009 (Village Playhouse), Princess Fred in Once Upon a Mattress (The Lazy Susan, D.C. area), and a recent off-off-Broadway production of Gypsy. Drew is excited to be returning to Charleston as a resident and CSC as an actor/director. Audiences may remember him from his time spent as a member of the Resident Acting Company in 2003-2004. Previous Charleston Stage credits include Big River (Tom Sawyer), Oliver! (Artful Dodger), You’re…Charlie Brown (Charlie Brown), Importance of Being Earnest (Merriman), and Beneath the Sweetgrass Moon (Ramblin’ Rabbit). Other regional credits include Forever Plaid (Sparky), A Year with Frog and Toad (Snail), 1940’s Radio Hour (Wally & BJ), Lucky Stiff (Harry), and The Andrews Brother (Lawrence). Drew has a BFA in Theatre from Valdosta State University. He would like to thank Julian and Maybeth for all of the great opportunities this season and Lindsey for being Lindsey.

This is Cathy's 9th consecutive season acting with Charleston Stage. Favorite roles include Ms. Cratchit in A Christmas Carol and Widow Corney in Oliver! Her most enjoyable Charleston Stage experience was getting to sing, act and play woodwinds in the 2008 production of West Side Story. A graduate of Furman University (oboe/music education) and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (vocal pedagogy/church music), Cathy has been a radio disc jockey, band director, chorus director, orphanage houseparent, and opera chorus member (Kentucky Opera). Cathy grew up on the Isle of Palms and now teaches kindergarten at the Loving and Learning Educational Center on James Island.

David is excited to be returning for his seventh season as a member of Charleston Stage's Acting Ensemble. Seen most recently as Bob Ewell in the spring production of To Kill a Mockingbird, David's other Charleston Stage credits include: Henry Sowerberry (Oliver!), Jack Jerome (Broadway Bound), Jan Dussell (The Diary of Ann Frank), Henry Ford (Ragtime), Maurice (Beauty and the Beast), the Rabbi (Fiddler on the Roof), and Bob Cratchit in the last four productions of A Christmas Carol. David has also appeared with the Footlight Players as King Sextimus (Once Upon a Mattress) David would like to thank Cathy for getting him involved with Charleston Stage.

Helena grew up all over the world in places like Russia, Argentina, and Haiti but didn’t pursue acting until three years ago when she joined the KidStage troupe with Charleston Stage. Since then, she has performed as Imogene Herdman in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, Aunt Sponge in James and the Giant Peach, and Pauper in A Christmas Carol, A Ghost Story of Christmas. She’s now enrolled in the Master Acting Class program and happily attending School of the Arts as a Theatre major in her sophomore year. Some of her favorite roles outside of Charleston Stage include a flying monkey in The Wiz, Schroeder in You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown, and her first movie role in The 13th Alley. She’d like to thank her Dad for lugging her around to every single rehearsal until she is old enough to drive. He’s a real trooper.

Kyle is returning to the Charleston stage for the first time since 1999 when he first worked as the company's first acting intern before departing for a decade of professional acting and directing across the country including a five season run as a member of the professional Resident Acting Company at Playhouse on the Square in Memphis, TN. Regional professional acting credits include Hair (Berger), Quills (Marquis de Sade), A Tuna Christmas (Bertha), Dinner With Friends (Gabe), Amadeus (Emperor Joseph), Dirty Blonde (Charlie) & Ragtime (Henry Ford). An award winning actor and director, Kyle will also be directing this season's Steel Magnolias. He is currently the Administrative Directorof Charleston Ballet Theatre with whom he performed as the Narrator of the company's popular Young Person's Guide to the Orchestra.

Samille was first bitten by the acting bug when as a little girl, she watched a production of A Midsummer's Night Dream and was forever hooked. An extremely versatile actress, Basler's experience spans the entire theatrical spectrum from contemporary farce to Shakespearean tragedy. Her acting credits include multiple Best Actress Awards and most notably Best Actress at the Southeastern Regional Theatre Conference. Samille's most recent Charleston acting credits include Mrs. Graves (Enchanted April), Wanda (Twilight Zone "Nothing in the Dark") and Waitress (Twilight Zone "Nick of Time") all with Village Playhouse and Cookie (Rumors) produced at Footlight Players. Samille was the Narrator/Ms. Maudie in Charleston Stage's recent production of To Kill a Mockingbird. Last year Samille returned to Augusta, Georgia to perform at the Fort Gordon Military Post in the play Golden Pond as Ethel where she received their Artistic Excellence Award. Samille is a retired school teacher and medical librarian. Her family includes husband, Tom, six children and ten grandchildren.

After a decade long hiatus, Heath is thrilled to be back in the theatre. Prompted by playing the Gentlemen Caller in a high school production of The Glass Menagerie, Heath studied acting in college, portraying Editor Webb in the Itawamba Players production of Our Town and served as assistant director on Little Shop of Horrors (also, with the Itawamba Players -- Fulton, Mississippi). Heath's most recent role was as Laurie in the Red Bay Little Theatre's production of Little Women in Red Bay, Alabama. Outside the theatre, Heath is a financial advisor and has a practice in downtown Charleston. He would like to thank Kristen Magurno for encouraging his return to the stage.

Ingram hails from the gulf coast of Mississippi and is so excited to be performing with Charleston Stage for the first time. Her most recent appearance on stage was as Annelle (Steel Magnolias) at Elon University. Other credits include Glinda the Good (Wizard of Oz), Shy (Best Little Whorehouse in Texas), and Kate (Oklahoma!) with Centerstage Theatre in Biloxi, M.S. When not on stage Ingram works in the box office for Charleston Stage. Ingram would like to thank Dennis, Becky, Will and Jacqueline for their unending support.

Eric is very excited to be working on his first production with Charleston Stage. His most recent credits include the 24 Hour Plays, and Foppy in The Emperor is Naked? with the Deuce Theater. Eric received an arts diploma from South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts. Other acting credits include Rodolpho in A View From the Bridge, Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Arty in Lost in Yonkers. Cassandra is so excited to finally be working with Charleston Stage. After her three years of theatre training at Charleston County School of the Arts, she can't wait to finally get her feet wet and back on stage. At this moment she is working at Victoria's Secret and is working towards an Associate in Arts degree at Trident Technical College. After successfully completing her courses she will be transferring to a foure-year institution. Cassandra would like to give special thanks to her family, friends and her church for all of their support. She would also like to give thanks to God for blessing her with these talents, and to George Younts, Samuel Wood and Ms. Link for all their help throughout the years- thanks!

(Ensemble/Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat) Calla is so excited to be working with Charleston Stage again. This is her third season with them and she has thoroughly enjoyed her time performing. Calla was in the Ensemble in Gershwin at Folly, Beauty and the Beast, West Side Story and most recently The Producers with Charleston Stage. She has also worked with Robert Ivey during the summer S.P.A.C.E. program as Gabriella in High School Musical as well as an ensemble role in The King and I. Calla is a junior at Academic Magnet High School and also works as a life guard at Mount Pleasant Department of Recreation.

| Marybeth Clark |

Marybeth has a degree in theatre/performance from the University of South Florida. She has worked as an actor in professional theatres throughout the Southeast including American Stage, Greenbrier Valley Theatre and Tampa Players before settling in Charleston in 1994. Favorite regional theatre roles include Maggie in A Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Sheila in The Boys Next Door and Rose of Sharon in The Grapes of Wrath. She first appeared in Moon Over Buffalo with Charleston Stage and other local roles include Bette in The Marriage of Bette and Boo and Karen in Dinner With Friends. Before joining Charleston Stage, she was a theatre instructor at the Charleston County School of the Arts for middle and high school students. She is currently in her 11th season with Charleston Stage as the Associate Artistic Director and oversees all education programs, including the Professional Resident Acting Company, after school classes and outreach workshops. Her directing credits the past two seasons include The Producers, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, West Side Story, A Christmas Carol, Charlotte’s Web, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, Winnie-the-Pooh and Evita.

Jeffery feels so fortunate to be a part of the Charleston Stage this year- his first. He was recently on the Footlight Players Stage as Brother Boy in Sordid Lives this past Spring and performed in Piccolo Spoleto this year in an original Deuce Theatre production of The Emperor is Naked! This is the second time he has been in a Joseph… production. Jeffery’s first stint in this production was at Workshop Theatre in Columbia back in the early 90’s when he was just starting to be cast in community theatre productions. Jeffery loves the thrill of each performance and that one of a kind feeling (& the unpredictability!) of being on stage & a part of a unique cast. His “real” occupation is with Berkeley County Schools and he so appreciates his friends’ and family’s support of his love of theatre.

She last appeared with Charleston Stage as Fan/Caroler in A Christmas Carol. Favorite roles with Charleston Stage include Sharpay (High School Musical), Giggly Girl/Dancing Spoon (Beauty and the Beast), Ensemble (Fiddler on the Roof), and Lucy (The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe). Last October, Betsy appeared as Leisl in Ashley Hall's production of The Sound of Music. Betsy is a junior at Ashley Hall School. She would like to thank her family for all of their love and support.

Beth is thrilled to be performing once again with Charleston Stage. You might have recently seen Beth as Raymonde in the Village Playhouse production of A Flea in Her Ear. Other Village Playhouse credits include Lotty (Enchanted April), Bunny (The House of Blue Leaves), Ritter (She Loves Me - co-produced with Company Company), Stepsister Lucinda (Into the Woods - also co-produced with Company Company). Beth’s Charleston Stage acting credits include Dorothy Heyward (Gershwin at Folly) and her one-woman debut as Haley Walker (Bad Dates). When not on stage, Beth works as the Director of Marketing for Charleston Stage. Beth would like to thank Eric for all his love and support.

Mark's first local play was Charleston Stage's SummerStage camp production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in 2003. Since that time he has had the pleasure of performing in fourteen Charleston Stage productions including The Seat of Justice (Sonnyboy), West Side Story (A-Rab), The Producers, Gershwin at Folly, Beauty and the Beast, A Christmas Carol, Oliver, High School Musical (Troy Bolton) and The Hobbit (Gollum). Some other credits include You're a Good Man Charlie Brown (Charlie Brown) with South of Broadway Theatre Company, Inspecting Carol with Footlight Players, and La Cenerentala with Spoleto Festival USA. Mark is a sophomore at Wando High School. When he isn't acting, he enjoys writing and filmmaking. Mark would like to thank Julian Wiles, Marybeth Clark and the entire Charleston Stage family for their love, support , and frendship throughout the years.

Originally from Lincoln, NE, Helen inched towards the east coast by graduating from the University of Evansville (Indiana) with a B.S. in Theatre Management, then took the final plunge to Charleston to work for the Spoleto Festival USA in January of 2009. After fabulous internships with La Jolla Playhouse and Manhattan Theatre Club, she is currently the Donor Relations and Special Events Manager for Charleston Stage. Other acting credits include Sandy (Grease), Bird Girl #2 (Seussical), and chorus girl extraordinaire.

Steve is no stranger to Charleston Stage having performed in numerous productions over more than three decades. He appeared as Scrooge in Charleston Stage's first production of A Christmas Carol in 1977, and again in the company's 20th anniversary season. Steve most recently appeared in last season's To Kill A Mockingbird as Sheriff Heck Tate. Other Charleston acting credits include Maraczek in She Loves Me, Bensinger in The Front Page, and Dr. Seward in The Passion of Dracula, all produced at the Village Playhouse. He has also appeared in many productions with the Footlight Players. His favorite roles there were Frederick in Pirates of Penzance, and Adam Hooker in Jubalee. Steve is a retired assistant principal from James B. Edwards Elementary School, and he currently is a tourguide in historic Charleston.

Jan A. Gilbert is a Charleston native who holds a B.A. in Theatre and a B.S. in Psychology from the College of Charleston. She most recently appeared onstage as Sally in Midtown-Sheri Grace Production's Reefer Madness at the Village Playhouse. She has also worked with Theatre /Verv/, Little City Musical Theatre, and the Village Playhouse/The Company Company on productions such as Closer (Anna), Rocky Horror Show Live (Columbia)! and Into the Woods (Florinda). Favorite roles include Tzeitel/Grandma Tzeitel (Fiddler on the Roof), Carmen (West Side Story), awkward dancer/Shirley Markowitz (The Producers) and Germaine (Picasso at the Lapin Agile). She is excited to work with Charleston Stage this season in, and would like to thank her family and June for their years of love, support, and just all around putting up with her.

Susie is ecstatic about returning once more to the boards for Charleston Stage. She has appeared previously as Dotty/Mrs. Clackett in Noises Off, two seasons as the Ghost of Christmas Past/Mrs. Tabor in A Christmas Carol, Golda in Fiddler on the Roof and most recently as Hold Me Touch Me in the smash hit The Producers. When not prancing around onstage, Susie is Director of Graduate Admissions for the College of Charleston. She loves and adores her husband and blesses him for his constant support in her mad pursuit of acting.

Demetre is pleased to be returning to Charleston Stage, where he has fond memories of performing in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, The Man of LaMancha, Fiddler on the Roof and Annie (Drake). His theatrical “baptism by fire” was portraying John the Baptist/Judas Iscariot in the Georgetown University production of Godspell, which enjoyed a limited run at the National Theater in a previous century. Demetre enjoys choral music and as a member of various choirs has given concerts in the National Cathedral, the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, the National Theater and Radio City Music Hall. He most recently participated in the “Reunion Choir Choral Concert in the Park” in celebration of the Centennial Anniversary of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church here in Charleston. Professionally, Demetre works as a writer/editor for a FORTUNE 500 scientific, engineering and technology applications company and spent the last five years living and working in Athens, Greece.

Alex is excited to be performing with Charleston Stage for his second year. He was recently featured in Charleston Stage’s SummerStage production of Guys and Dolls Jr. Other productions with Charleston Stage include Ensemble in A Christmas Carol. Alex is a sophomore at the North Charleston School of the Arts where he is a vocal major. Alex would like to thank his parents for their continuing support.

Imani is very excited to be acting with Charleston Stage for the first time! Her acting credits include The Vagina Monologues with College of Charleston and numerous productions with the Spartanburg Little Theater. Imani currently works as a Trancriptionist/Editor for World Overcomers Ministries in North Charleston. Imani would like to thank her friends and family for all of their support and encouragement thus far.

Twelfth Night marks Nat’s second season with Charleston Stage, having previously appeared as Mr. Gilmer, the prosecuting attorney everyone loved to hate, in last season’s critically acclaimed production of To Kill a Mockingbird. No stranger to area stages since putting down stakes in the Lowcountry over three years ago, Nat has taken on a diverse assortment of roles: Shelly Levene in Glengarry, Glen Ross, the Old Man in the holiday classic A Christmas Story, both of which were staged by Village Playhouse. Nat also portrayed Michal in Pure Theatre’s southeast premiere of The Pillow Man. and more recently, George in the debut of Spencer Deering’s original play Sheep’s Clothing, also with Pure. Among Nat’s more memorable roles over the years have been Lloyd Dallas in Noises Off, Andrei Borchevsky in Red Herring, and Tom Garrison in I Never Sang For My Father. Shakespearean credits include Touchstone in As You Like It and Friar Laurence in Romeo and Juliet. An artist, graphic designer and advertising copywriter in his “other life,” Nat lives with his long-suffering wife Chris, their two loveable mutts and one very demanding parrot on the edge of an idyllic creek in the far northeastern reaches of Mount Pleasant – far beyond the footlights and traffic lights.

Jackie is excited to be joining Charleston Stage for another season. Last year, she made her Charleston Stage debut as Anybodys in West Side Story and as a member of the ensemble in The Producers. During the day, Jackie works as a software engineer for Blackbaud and when she is not performing with Charleston Stage she spends her evenings taking dance, voice and acting classes at Broadway Performing Arts Studio.

Lindsey is thrilled to be back in the Lowcountry after moving this fall from NYC. She was a Resident Actor with Charleston Stage in 2003-2004 and Charleston credits include Big River, Oliver, Beau Jest, The Importance of Being Earnest, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, and You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown. Some of her favorite roles include Rosemary in How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying, Ginger in 1940’s Radio Hour, Turtle/Bird/Young Frog in A Year With Frog And Toad, Cecily in The Importance of Being Earnest and Helena in A Midsummer's Night Dream. Lindsey has a BFA in Theatre from Valdosta State University. Special thanks to Julian and Marybeth for these opportunities. Love to Drew, the biggest blessing and best husband.

(Katrina Van Tassle/The Legend of Sleepy Hollow) Allie Larkin is excited to be playing the role of Katrina in Charleston Stage's production of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. Other Charleston Stage productions you might have seen her in include A Christmas Carol (Martha Cratchit), Beauty and the Beast (Ensemble), The Best Christmas Pageant Ever (Claudette), and High School Musical (Ensemble). Allie is enrolled in the tenth grade at School of the Arts, where she studies theatre. She would like to give thanks to her family for always supporting her.

Melonea was last seen in the Charleston Stage production of Noises Off in the role of Belinda. Other credits with Charleston Stage include, Skin of Our Teeth, Omnium Gatherum, Last Night of Ballyho and All My Sons. She performed in last Spring in Sordid Lives with the Footlight Players, where she has also been seen in The Sister's Rosenswieg, Dearly Departed, Murder In the Magnolias and Sylvia. In real life, Melonea is the Director of People Against Rape. She is married to Mike and is the proud stepmom of Allen and Nick. She and Mike are also blessed with a wonderful grandson, Seth.

(Dr. Bradman/Blithe Spirit) Since Ross' retirement in '92, Ross has come home to "roost" in his beloved Charleston!! Since then, some of Ross' roles with Charleston Stage have included Hysterium in Funny Thing...Forum, Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof, Scrooge in A Christmas Carol, and Uncle Angelo in Geshwin at Folly. Roles with Midtown/Grace Productions include Gaston in Picasso at the Lapin Agile, Mr. Mushnik in Little Shop Of Horrors, Herr Schultz in Cabaret, and Lucian P. Smith in Boys Next Door. With Village Playhouse, Ross' roles have included Juror #11 in Twelve Angry Men and Grandfather in What's Wrong With This Picture. Interesting to note that forty-one years ago, Ross performed the role of Charles in Blithe Spirit with the Rome (Ga.) Little Theatre.

Amber is returning to Charleston Stage where she was a Resident Professional Actor from 2002-2003. After working for Charleston Stage she went on to work for four years at Harrisburg Shakespeare Festival and Popcorn Hat Players Children's Theatre in Harrisburg PA. Previous acting credits include Proof (Catherine), King Lear (Goneril), The Glass Menagerie (Laura Wingfield), Henry IV Parts I and II (Prince Hal), and The Comedy of Errors (Dromio of Syracuse). Amber is a teacher at Chatutauqua Day School on John's Island, and she lives on James Island with her husband, Phillip and their son, Adrien.

(Mrs. Potiphar/Ensemble/Dance Captain in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat) After a 5 year break from the theatre to start a family, Luciana is elated to put the makeup and costumes back on for her 8th show with Charleston Stage. She spent a wonderful two years as the Resident Choreographer for the company choreographing some of her favorite shows including Pippin, Guys and Dolls, and Anything Goes. Other Charleston dance and acting credits include Mavis in Stepping Out and Nikki in Sweet Charity with the Footlight Players, where she also choreographed Blood Brothers. Professionally, Luciana works for the indoor cycling company Spinning as a Master Instructor and travels extensively conducting lectures and workshops both nationally and internationally. Locally, she teaches Spinning classes at ECO Fitness. A huge thank you goes out to her husband Chris and two awesome kids, Zen and Kalea.

Anthony is extremely excited to be returning for another season with the Charleston Stage. Anthony made is Charleston Stage debut as Oliver in the 2003 production of Oliver! Other acting credits in the Charleston area include: Tiny Tom in The Village Playhouse’s production of Urinetown (co-produced with The Company Company), as well as the role of Baby John in Charleston Stage’s production of West Side Story. When not performing, Anthony works to keep his grades up during his freshman year at the College of Charleston. Anthony would like to thank all of his friends and family for all their love and support.

(Greta/The Legend of Sleepy Hollow) Rebecca is so excited to be performing in another show with Charleston Stage! She is fourteen years old and is currently a ninth grader at Porter Gaud. Some of her past credits include The Best Christmas Pageant Ever (Beth), The Jungle Book (Village Narrator), Beauty and the Beast (Cupcake, Ensemble), A Christmas Carol (Pirate Queen, Ensemble), A Child's Macbeth (Lady Macbeth), and many more! Other than acting, singing, and dancing, Rebecca enjoys baking, reading, and being with family and friends. Rebecca hopes to participate in many more shows in the years to come!

(Ensemble/Twelfth Night) Donnie Newton is very excited to get the chance to work with Charleston Stage during their 32nd season. The last time that he appeared on stage was in the 2004 West Ashley High School Production of Ragtime in the role of Father. Before that, he was a part of the ensemble in Les Miserables, and appeared as Asher in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, both with West Ashley High School as well. Being a recent college graduate from Clemson University, Donnie currently works for the Kaleidoscope program at Drayton Hall Elementary School while looking for his "dream job".

Aside from his endless resume from New Hampshire as a high schooler, you may have seen him as Sid in Waiting for Lefty at the College of Charleston and Scott & Ensemble in The Producers. Courtney is excited to return for her second show with Charleston Stage! Courtney obtained a B.A. in Theatre from Mars Hill College in 2008. Courtney's previous work includes roles such as Stella (A Streetcar Named Desire), Olivia (Twelfth Night), Anne Frank (And Then They Came For Me), Mary (Vanities), Snetzky (Fools), Bianca (Taming of the Shrew), and Betty (The Crucible). Courtney has also starred in two independent films and is looking forward to continued work in both in film and in theatre. Courtney would like to thank her friends and family for their continued support of her dream.

Brian is elated to be back at Charleston Stage for its 2009-10 season. Brian was last seen with Charleston Stage in the incredible production of The Producers. Prior to arriving in Charleston, Brian has performed as a professional actor in Memphis and in Atlanta as well as on a resort island in Michigan. In addition to numerous acting credits, Brian has professionally directed and designed multiple productions. Some of Brian’s favorite roles include the Balladeer in Assassins, Gabey in On the Town, Ariel in The Tempest, Seymour in Little Shop… and Einstein in Picasso… In addition, Brian has also served as Executive Director for two non-profit theatres.

(Peter Cratchit/A Christmas Carol, A Ghost Story of Christmas) Chappell is excited to be in his first Charleston Stage production. He began his acting career in Jacksonville, FL where he performed in school productions of Schoolhouse Rock (background singer), Fiddler on the Roof (Russian soldier), and Phantom (Inspector Ledoux). As a member of the traveling show choir, he had performances at Disney and Universal Studios. He was chosen for the State of Florida All Honors Boy Choir and most recently was in the the ensemble cast of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Alhambra Theatre in Jacksonville. Chappell is a full-time student at Porter Gaud and wishes to thank his parents and everyone who has supported him throughout the years.

Last season she appeared in Guys and Dolls, Jr. with Charleston Stage, The Emporer is Naked with Deuce Theatre and 42nd Street with Wando High School . She is a sophomore at Wando High School and has been performing on stage since the 1st grade. Some of her other credits include Jill Scott in High School Musical, Lucy in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, Alice in Best Christmas Pageant Ever and a Fairy in A Midsummer’s Night’s Dream in Hell Hole Swamp. Rachel plans to either major in Theatre or the medical field in college. She would like to thank Charleston Stage and her parents for all their love and support and God for giving her the talents she has.

Angela is excited to be performing with Charleston Stage this season. Last season, she appeared in A Christmas Carol and The Producers. Angela and her husband, Houston moved to Charleston last year. Before moving to Charleston, Angela worked as a Singer, Dancer, and Magician’s Assistant at a theme park in South Georgia. Other acting credits include Tuptim in The King and I, Cleo in The Most Happy Fella, and Elise in The Miser. She has a BFA in Musical Theatre from Shorter College and currently teaches drama at West Ashley Middle School. Angela would like to thank Houston for being the best man in the world.

(Ouiser/Steel Magnolias) Terry is very happy to be back with Charleston Stage for this season. Since her moving to Charleston four years ago, Terry's local acting credits include Yente (Fiddler on the Roof), Mrs. Dubose (To Kill a Mockingbird) both with Charleston Stage, and Thurber Carnival with the Footlight Players. Terry co-owned The Indianapolis Children's Theatre Workshop where she taught acting to children and directed a theatre camp at the Jewish Community Center in Indianapolis for 13 summers. Terry was also privileged to work on The Indiana Dinner Train, where she wrote, acted and directed murder mysteries and musical reviews. Since moving to Mt. Pleasant, Terry has taught acting at The East Cooper Montessori School and The Trident Academy. She would like to thank her husband, Sig, for putting up with her rehearsal schedule throughout the years...especially when the four children were babies! They are now grown and are spread out over the USA!

Sarah Claire is a former member of Charleston Stage's Professional Resident Acting Company from last season. Sarah Claire is originally from Winter Haven, Florida, and is a BFA Musical Theatre graduate from Florida State University. Sarah Claire has appeared in the Barbican Centre in London in the opera Ainadamar. Acting credits include Baker’s Wife (Into The Woods), Lucy (You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown) and Polly (Crazy For You). As a Resident Actor last season with Charleston Stage, Sarah Claire appeared as Anita (West Side Story), Elizabeth (Frankenstein, The Modern Prometheus), Belle/Ghost Of Christmas Yet To Come (A Christmas Carol), Mrs. Zuckerman (Charlotte’s Web), Mayella Ewell (To Kill a Mockingbird), and Ula (The Producers).

(Ensemble/Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat) Krystal was born and raised in Kansas City, MO, and started performing at the age of five. At the age of 11, Krystal joined a musical group called Sunshine Generation Kids who traveled and performed around the states. Krystal later found a love for basketball and juggled both passions for sports and performing. Her senior year she received a full ride basketball scholarship to the University of Alaska Anchorage, where she also studied theatre. There she played the role of Petra in A Little Nights Music. Krystal finished her academic studies at Ottawa University where she played several roles and performed in cabaret performances. Her favorite role has been Ronnette in Little Shop of Horrors. Krystal looks forward to being a part of Charleston Stage's 32nd Season.

Luke is a newcomer to Charleston Stage and the Charleston theatre scene. He is an 18-year-old freshman at Charleston Southern University and majoring in Communications with an emphasis in Theatre. Acting credentials include: Scooter Thomas in Scooter Thomas Makes It To The Top of the World, and Tin Man in The Wizard of Oz, both produced at Lexington High School. Community theatre credentials include Sasha/Ensemble in Fiddler on the Roof at Workshop Theatre in Columbia. Luke would like to thank his family and friends for all of their love and support. He would also like to thank Charleston Stage for this great opportunity. Most of all, he thanks Jesus for his talents both on and off stage.

(Ensemble/Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat) Ramsey Elisabeth Yanney performed the principal role of Sara in Charleston Stage Company’s Guys and Dolls, Jr., Summer Stage production 2009. Additional acting credits with Charleston Stage include , opera diva, High School Musical summer 2008, and multiple roles as an ensemble member Christmas Carol winter 2008. Ramsey not only has a huge passion for musical theater but also for opera. In summer 2008, Ramsey performed a repertoire of nine classical art songs and three opera arias with renowned pianist Richard Steinbeck at the Grand Orpheum Theater, Sioux City, Iowa. Ramsey enters her senior year at Ashley Hall School and plans to study voice in college. Ramsey enjoys piano, fashion and costume design, and the equestrian discipline of dressage. Ramsey thanks her music teachers, especially Ms. June Bonner, and her family and close friends for encouraging her dreams.
